We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you would like to exchange a product you have bought, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at: email@example.com to inform us that you plan to return your purchase. All items must be returned unworn, unwashed and with all original tags still attached. If posting your item back to us it is recommended that you use a form of registered mail to return your item as it remains your responsibility until we receive it. Alternatively you may like to come into our store to swap your item. We do not give refunds if you change your mind so please choose carefully.
We do our best to provide accurate descriptions and photographs of the products on our website but if you think a product has been inaccurately represented please let us know and we can work something out!
We will of course happily refund an item if it is faulty.
